Please include any specific notes Table Syrup techs should be aware of,
including any special considerations, such as restrictions on Haze, etc.
PLEASE send up to date accurate info. The stage will be prepared
according to the information sent, ready for the band, upon arrival.
Changes upon arrival add time, and usually mess, to the stage.
STRICT 95dBA LIMIT MEASURED AT FOH!
STRICT 10PM CURFEW – HARD STOP!
Bands can back up or pull up to stage to unload / load.
All vehicles and trailers to be moved to the parking lot after load in
to maintain a good visual presentation.
Shows with opening acts:
If support act is a full band, please share drum kit whenever possible.
Headlining Act to Soundcheck first, then Support Act.
(If support act is ‘solo acoustic / duo’, support act can check second)
Please plan and schedule accordingly, with ample time for checks.
Table Syrup is always on site well in advance of band arrivals.
IEM Rigs Encouraged. Please be conscious of stage volume,
and please understand it is strictly to ensure the best possible sound,
considering the strict limitations in place due to permits.
The stage may seem large, but it is also deceptively ‘loud’.
Guest engineers welcomed – Table Syrup will provide A1.
WEATHER:
We are basically a rain or shine operation.
If the downstage edge is getting wet we will pull the downstage line upstage to dry space. (monitors, pedals, mics).
In the event of lightning within 6 miles, we will be forced to pause until conditions are safe.
